It is the user’s responsibility to abide by all the terms specified by the Online Payment Services’ provider in their terms of use and privacy policies, including but not limited to any age restrictions specified therein.

Data Protection

Any information submitted to this site is used expressly for the use of Ocean Discovery and the purposes for which you provide it. Ocean Discovery maintains strict policies to avoid unsolicited correspondence. We never sell any personal information about individual users. Where we employ the services of third party providers, some information, provided in the booking process, is provided for the sole purpose of course delivery.

Any Data used by such parties is used only to the extent required by them to perform the services that Ocean Discovery requests. Any use for other purposes is strictly prohibited.
